ARTIST STATEMENT

The persistence of place, the fluidity of time, and the fragility of human existence are the three central elements of my work. In my paintings, the individual is situated within dimensional structures of liquid landscapes and architectural forms, precariously balanced between the real and the imaginary. Each work carries a narrative pulse, always telling a story. Irony plays a key role in my practice, sometimes casting a veil of absurdity over a situation, offering a different perspective. Every element in my paintings conveys a sense of temporariness and strives to capture the fleeting nature of existence. 
​I consistently work with a limited palette, centered on my three favorite colors: black, white, and blue.
